Specializing in soap, skincare and haircare, our products are crafted intentionally, produced consciously and packaged thoughtfully in the Canadian Rockies. Based out of Canmore, Alberta, our employees enjoy an award-winning culture, surrounded by nature with access to some of the best skiing, hiking and biking in the world. Committed to continual innovation and growth, we currently operate twelve retail stores in Western Canada, with plans to expand into Ontario and British Columbia.

The position

The Shipping Specialist is responsible for picking and packing our amazing natural products and sending them out to our Rocky fans nationwide.

This is a full-time permanent position working from our Canmore, Alberta workshop from 8:00am - 4:00pm.

What you'll be doing

• Review orders received from our sales channels (E-Commerce, Retail, Strategic Partnerships)
• Pick product orders from inventory ensuring accuracy
• Pack orders according to Rocky standards
• Ship orders and process online via UPS/Canada Post
• Manage inventory control system
• Clean and maintain work station

• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, self-starter
• Intermediate written and spoken English skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of handling physical work, including: bending, pushing, pulling, standing and lifting weight up to 50lbs (23kg) repetitively
• Ability to work in a highly scented environment
