The successful candidate will oversee landscaping projects from planning to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. This involves developing detailed plans, managing a team, ensuring safety protocols and daily requirements are completed, procuring materials, and ensuring high-quality workmanship through regular inspections and adherence to industry standards. Effective problem-solving and adaptability are essential for handling unexpected challenges. Working alongside civil construction teams ensures seamless coordination, efficient resource use, and comprehensive planning, preventing conflicts and delays. Open communication and unified safety protocols enhance site safety and risk management, while collaborative problem-solving and integrated quality control maintain high standards.
