This role is pivotal in oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex tech projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Primary Focus of the role:

• Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

• Project Execution:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
  • Manage project changes and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Monitoring and Control:
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

• Stakeholder Management:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to set and manage expectations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What you bring to the table.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the tech industry.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
  

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
