Wexford Creek Seniors Community is looking for an ambassador/greeter to join our team. This person will work to support the daily interactions with visitors and families either in person or over the phone. This person will assist with daily tasks such as cleaning high touch surface areas, administrative work and the other duties.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.

• Liaise with visitors - Act as point person for visitors and families.

• Communicate policies and procedures - Alert visitors and families of new processes, rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, high-energy attitude

• Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set

• Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)

• Be able to lift and move approx. 25-30 lbs.
