We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst - Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead, and support modernization initiatives aimed at transforming business workflows and processes. You will work closely with multiple business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify current and future state business requirements, and facilitate workshops to gather and document these insights. Your efforts will ensure our transformation projects meet user needs and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation and Modernization: Lead initiatives to modernize and improve business workflows and processes.
  • Requirement Identification: Work with stakeholders to identify current and future state business workflows and document detailed business requirements.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Plan and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Apply proven analytical skills to understand complex business operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with business representatives and the RMV modernization team.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate insights, requirements, and potential conflicts from different perspectives, both orally and in writing.
  • Documentation: Accurately document technical and business requirements, workflows, and processes.
  • Testing: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing to ensure new systems and processes meet business needs.

Mandatory Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong experience in digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Proven ability to identify and document business workflows and requirements.
  • Excellent workshop planning and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in large, complex organizations.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple business stakeholders to elicit and understand business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in documenting technical and business requirements, workflows, and processes.
  • Proven skills in UAT and regression testing.

Optional Competencies:

  • Experience with Registry of Motor Vehicle systems or related business areas.
  • Previous experience in public-sector projects.
  • Understanding of policy and its operationalization within an organization.
  • Ability to conduct research and analysis to understand business operations, including people, processes, and technology.
  • Identifying and proposing areas for improvement and defining success measures.
  • Knowledge of legislative, business, or policy constraints and their implications.
  • Experience in facilitating and participating in workflow workshops to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Effective communication of risks and issues for appropriate escalation.
  • Collaboration with registry support staff, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Providing support during regression and user acceptance testing.
