If you answered yes, then we want YOU on our team! Shambhala Music Festival is seeking dedicated and reliable Overnight Supervisors to join our crew for 1-2 weeks in July, leading up to and during the festival (July 26-29).
We're looking for a wide variety of talented individuals with experience in areas such as:
- Dispatch/Radio Operations: Ensure clear communication and coordinate crew activities.
- Food and Beverage: Oversee food service operations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and resolve any issues that may arise with crew members or patrons (if applicable to your role).
- Event Experience: You understand the demands of a large-scale event and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Shambhala Experience (Bonus!): You're familiar with the Shambhala vibe and can hit the ground running.

What you'll be doing:
- Oversee various crew operations during overnight hours.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of crew members.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Address any issues that may arise.
- Support day shift supervisors with transition tasks.
What we're looking for:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A problem-solving mindset.
- A positive attitude and a passion for festivals (a bonus!).
- Availability for 1-2 consecutive weeks in July (flexible scheduling possible).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
