As GeoScan's Project Coordinator, you will make an impact on our organization by building customer relationships, providing superior customer service, closing sales, and helping to build a pipeline of prospective customers. You will use your skills and experience to provide top-notch customer service and solutions-selling, as well as addressing and assigning technicians to various service contracts.

As our Project Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions/alternatives.
  • Obtaining detailed information and setting realistic expectations by informing customers about the abilities or limitations of GeoScan's technology and services.
  • Entering bookings into our system and assigning technicians as per skill level, availability, service contract response time, and proximity to the location.
  • Organizing and optimizing technicians' daily schedule.
  • Sending job order information as required and debriefing technicians after service calls.
  • Acting as the first point of contact, closing sales, and upselling services.
  • Pricing jobs and reviewing customer plans for prospective job requirements.

On your resume, we will be looking for the following:

  • 2+ years of project liaising, dispatching, or scheduling experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in advanced customer service and client engagement & conflict resolution.
  • Highly proficient computer skills including comfort with web-based applications and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in reviewing construction plans/drawings.
