Are you an experienced and versatile marketing leader ready to make an impact in a dynamic, results-oriented Identity Access Management (IAM) delivery organization? KeyData is looking for a Director of Marketing who understands the unique needs of our clients and can effectively communicate how our services address those needs.

At KeyData, our marketing is centered on understanding customer IAM needs and building awareness of our top-tier assessment, advisement, integration, and management services. We collaborate with leading IAM technology partners to deliver exceptional solutions.

Location: Toronto, Canada

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite - 150 York St.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, utilizing internal and external resources to foster collaboration.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget in partnership with leadership.
  • Manage positioning, identify target audiences, and craft marketing plans with specific KPI objectives across various channels and segments.
  • Analyze customer insights, marketing trends, and best practices to develop successful strategies and tactics.
  • Establish KPIs to track and report on the effectiveness of events and overall marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of sales collateral and resources, including website content, social media sites, sales presentations, use cases, and testimonials.
  • Design and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager role, with at least 5 years in the IT Security industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and events.
  • Strong project management, leadership, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party partners on events.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a creative flair.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or a Master's in Cybersecurity.
