Senior Web Designer - Level 3(Reference: P-TCU)Our Federal Government client is looking for a Senior Web Designer - Level 3 in Ottawa, ON (National Capital Region). The following qualifications are required: Job Description:QETE Operations and Planning is developing a central SharePoint collaboration site and requires three Senior Web Designers to handle programming and development tasks. These designers will use various technologies including SPFx, REST, JSOM, CSOM, Nintex, TypeScript, JavaScript, and more.MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: The Senior Web Designer - Level 3 must have the following skills and experience:

• Language(s): Bilingual (French/English)
• Security Clearance: Valid Secret (Level II)
• The applicant must have a valid degree from a recognized university in a field related to computer engineering or software development.
• The applicant must have each of the following calid certifications.
  • Nintex Forms Certification
  • Microsoft SharePoint certification
  • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification in IT-Service Management
• The applicant must have a minimum of ninety-six (96) months of combined experience in defining and optimizing the architecture for SharePoint solutions.
• The applicant must have a minimum of ninety-six (96) months of combined experience in creating and applying designs that maximize the usability of SharePoint solutions.
• The applicant must have a minimum of ninety-six (96) months of combined experience in developing, writing, and testing code based upon design and requirements documents for SharePoint Solutions
• The applicant must have a minimum of (60) months of combined experience using each of the following to program custom web-based solutions.
  • C#
  • JavaScript
  • CSOM
  • JSOM
  • SSOM Apis
    • The same project may be used to demonstrate experience with two more of the web tools.
• The applicant must have a minimum of twenty-four (24) months of combined experience using each of the following to develop web-based solutions.
  • REST Web Services
  • jQuery
  • Process Kendo UI for jQuery
  • Typescript
  • Nintex forms and workflows
  • SQL Server
  • .Net
  • Visual Studio
• The applicant must have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience developing SharePoint applications that meet the business needs of an organization.
• The applicant must have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience coordinating the work of other SharePoint designers and programmers.
