Faris Team is seeking a strong team player to lead our in-house photography, videography and editing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of these teams, while leading the creative vision and innovation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve systems and processes related to photo and video to improve productivity, quality, brand and the client experience
• Embrace creativity, leading to innovation and excellence within this department.
• Lead daily and weekly meetings with team members with a focus on growing the skillset of each photographer & editor
  
• Monitor and report on team metrics, survey results and feedback
• Work closely with Listings, Staging and Marketing departments to create an incredible client experience
• Guarantee the quality and consistency of photo and video assets across all channels

Qualifications:

• Proven success in building and managing teams

• A self-driven mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  
• A strong team player, capable of seamless collaboration with peers and seniors.
• Proven expertise in handling urgency and managing tight deadlines.
  

• Driver's License and ability to travel
• Photography or videography experience is an asset, but is not required
