Job Description
  • Construction Phase Preparation:

    • Participate in process studies and preliminary site visits.
    • Manage project logistics and travel arrangements.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
    • Develop and manage site schedules and budgets.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose improvements.
  • Financial Optimization:

    • Optimize resource allocation and procurement strategies.
    • Implement cost control measures and action plans.
  • Installation and Start-Up Management:

    • Set up and manage site KPIs and start-up activities.
    • Collaborate with production teams to ensure line reliability.
    • Ensure product quality and manage deviations.
    • Coordinate work to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Monitor and ensure quality of production parts.
    • Manage quality improvement plans as needed.
  • Safety and Compliance:

    • Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
    • Ensure project confidentiality and compliance.
  • Team Management:

    • Lead and supervise site personnel.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate training activities.
    • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
    • Maintain consistency in work methods and standards across teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, with a strong emphasis on welding.
  • Proven ability to oversee complex site operations involving high-tech welding processes and equipment.
  • Deep understanding of environmental impacts related to the automotive welding sector and strategies for mitigation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to drive team performance and productivity in a demanding industrial environment.
