Job Description

EMBROIDERY MACHINE OPERATOR
Responsibilities:


1.Machine Operation: Operate Tajima embroidery machines to embroider designs on different
materials, ensuring precision and quality.
2. Setup and Preparation: Set up machines with the correct thread, needles, fabric, hoops and design
patterns according to job requirements. Load garments, align letters, numbers and logos.
3. Quality Assurance: Monitor embroidery process, inspect finished products for quality, and make
necessary adjustments to ensure consistent and accurate designs.
4. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment to ensure optimal
performance and longevity of the machines.
5. Documentation: Maintain records of designs, thread usage, production output, and any machine
maintenance or issues encountered.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating the machinery,
ensuring a safe work environment.

Qualifications


1. Must have prior experience of 3-5 years operating Tajima or similar embroidery machines in a
manufacturing or apparel industry is required.
2. At least 2 years experience in hooping a garment onto the machine.
3. Proficiency in setting up designs, changing threads, and addressing minor machine issues.
4. Ability to ensure precision and accuracy in the embroidered designs and detect flaws or irregularities.
5. Capability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
6. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required in a manufacturing
environment.
7. English speaking is a must.
8. Must be able to work and collaborate within a team setting.

This is a full-time position for the morning shift (7:50am to 4:30pm) and night shift (4:20pm to 1am)
Monday to Friday.
