If you're a Site Super with the dynamic experience of both wood frame and concrete structures, or have always wanted to get into high rise builds but never had the chance - this role is for you!

Are you looking to make a big impact, that will challenge you to complete high-end luxury singles in the GTA EAST? You will be leading 20+ units of 3000 - 5000 SqFt single family homes for our fast growing developer builder client that also has a 15 storey site and 10 years of development projects in the pipeline for you.

Our client is looking to add a Site Super leader to spearhead their influx of new development projects across the GTA.

You will be the face of our projects and our brand as you ensure optimal safety and progress.

• Oversee all aspects of the construction projects from the ground-up construction to project closeout.
  
• Properly schedule trades and materials for assigned townhouse/stacked town construction sites.
  
• Supervise and uphold contractual arrangements with onsite personnel and subcontractors in a professional manner.
  
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  
• Adhere to all safety standards and keep an organized record book.
  
• Complete site walkthrough and verify the high quality of work.
  
• You will be a valuable member of the team working directly with the Partners.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of previous experience in construction with a home builder.
  
• Must have experience with foundation, base build, slab on grade to project closeout.
  
• You're familiar with managing projects scope of at least $20M+ in construction costs.
  
• Your work speaks for itself and you have raving reviews from previous clients.
  
• You are a beacon of safety and hold site safety in the highest regard.
  
• You bring superior communication and negotiation skills that the trades are on your side.
  
• You typically have past colleagues calling you for advice and your expertise.
  
• You appreciate quality work and can easily spot errors
  
• You love taking ownership of your projects and feeling the sense of accomplishment once you've completed it.
  
• Your tracking and reporting skills are organized in an effective manner that you know what's going on, on-site at any moment.
