Job Description:
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead their team in North Vancouver. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple commercial construction projects with a primary focus on design-build tenant improvements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate project activities seamlessly with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Supervise and manage project team members, including field supervisors and project coordinators.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns proactively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage project change orders, cost control, and billing to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, specializing in design-build tenant improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, along with an attractive benefits package and ample opportunities for growth and career advancement.
