Our expanding General Contractor client is in search of a Project Coordinator to support the seamless coordination and execution of commercial projects. In this role, you will assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and client communication.

• Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and ensuring project objectives are met.
  
• Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from inception to completion.
  
• Collaborate with senior project management to allocate resources efficiently and effectively.
  
• Support onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
  
• Liaise with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  
• Assist in the tendering and negotiation process with contractors to secure competitive pricing.
  
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of workmanship in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  
• Aid in the preparation of quantity takeoffs and cost estimates, seeking cost-effective material solutions.
  
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project outcomes.
