We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team to lead and own our automated Coffee product line. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading and owning one of our key products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, develop roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of new product initiatives.

Hours of work: Full-time, Monday-Friday (evening availability required to attend meetings in different time-zones)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
• Manage our fully-robotic solutions and self-serve solutions
• Understand customer needs and gather product requirements across different markets.
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Work alongside engineering to drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
• Develop and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Proven experience with cloud technologies, kiosks, mobile apps, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to define and deliver product strategy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel may be required to our office in Florida.

• MBA or related degree is preferred.
