Who we need

Due to significant growth, Array is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support our North American Commercial team. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, you will be pivotal in crafting compelling marketing campaigns, engaging communications strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders across North America. As we establish our marketing team, you will be critical in developing programs and processes for internal HR communication and corporate marketing teams.

You are a marketing and communications generalist with broad and deep skills across multiple formats, media, tools, and styles. You may be a Specialist looking for the chance to move into a manager role. You want an opportunity to build out a marketing function, from new processes to best practices in employer branding and corporate communications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with commercial brands and internal communications; someone interested in shaping and building not just our marketing strategy but contributing content to some of the biggest brands in the cosmetics industry.

You will:

  • Assist in content creation. You will produce and revise marketing materials across various formats, such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, and presentation decks. Drawing on your creativity, you will ensure all marketing content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for different channels, including online social media, email, and print. You will develop an understanding of international markets and client preferences to adapt marketing strategies that meet diverse cultural and regional needs.
  • Contribute to internal communications. You will support the development of an internal communication strategy – defining key elements, communication channels, town hall topics and decks, announcements, CEO messages, engagement posts and newsletters. You will build and maintain a quarterly communication calendar, ensuring adequate preparation for each key activity. You will prepare materials for internal communications in close cooperation with the Human Resources team to enhance transparency and employee engagement.
  • Support the Commercial Team. You will generate engaging content and build business reviews, increasing client satisfaction and retention. You will cultivate strong client relationships, fostering engagement through tailored marketing approaches that address diverse client needs and priorities. You will develop decks and materials that aid in client presentations and pitches. You will assist with preparing market analysis and trend reports to support commercial initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the Marketing toolbox. You will maintain, update, and share, ensuring all resources are current, accessible, and effectively organized for easy use by the team. You will also ensure that the most recent images, branding, and materials are used for internal and external audiences.

You have:

  • The experience. You have professional and flexible writing abilities and communications skills, with the ability to adapt your messaging to suit a wide range of audiences. You have successfully crafted compelling B2B content, engaging with stakeholders and effectively representing a company's brand. You have meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of marketing and communication, ensuring accuracy,
  • The mindset. You are both creative and technical - able to conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns, captivating content, and engaging communication strategies that stand out in the market. You also can analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • The knowledge. You understand brand identity principles and the importance and value of brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. You can adapt to changing market dynamics, consumer preferences, and business needs, adjusting marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • The technical skills. You have worked extensively with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro. You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • The interpersonal skills. You are a strong collaborator who can work cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives and adhere to brand standards.
