Central Kia is looking for a motivated Product Advisor to join our dynamic sales team!

What You'll Do:

• Effectively listen to every customer and build a positive relationship.
• Assist customers with all aspects of purchasing or leasing new and used vehicles.
• Match the needs of a customer to an appropriate product.
• Educate the customer about vehicle features and technologies.
• Maintain a consistent after-sale relationship with customers.
• Be available to answer questions from customers once they've purchased a vehicle.
• Complete training and demonstrate industry leading product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and follow up with prospects by using our CRM tools.
• All other duties as assigned.

What's Required:

• Customer service experience.
• Sales experience.

How You Could Stand Out:

• Post secondary degree or diploma in business.
• Professional experience that shows you can work as part of a team.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Previous experience in the automobile industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
