The Position

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Cataract Surgical Coordinator to join our Refractive Department (specializing in CATARACTS, RLE, ICL, LASIK, and PRK) on a maternity relief basis until approximately April 2025, with the potential for a permanent position. This role involves overseeing our Refractive department, specializing in Cataracts, LASIK, PRK, and Refractive lens surgeries.

Requirements To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience working in an ophthalmology clinic with a variety of patients
• Ability to counsel and advise patients on surgery processes and aftercare
• Strong knowledge of industry practices
• Advanced proficiency with Google Drive, Google Excel, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate with a diverse team including subordinates, peers, and members of the leadership group
