16.Working knowledge of Service Now to raise Incident and Change Requests and Atlassian Tools (JIRA/Confluence)
17.On-Call 24/7 L4 Production Support during Monthly Business Criticals (BD -7 to BD6 Hardclose) for FMS Application
18.On-Call 24/7 L4 Production Support Daily for S4-BODS Application
19.Support QA/UAT teams for projects in-flight, fix defects as raised and reported
20.Prepare supporting documentation (Design/Development/Installation Build guides) for all project deliverable
