Hand & Stone Spa Assistant Managers lead and motivate a team of RMTs, Estheticians and Spa Associates to provide outstanding client services and reach or exceed sales goals. Spa Assistant Managers are dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic leaders that seek out team training opportunities, implement client service programs and establish efficient processes that empower the team to achieve an outstanding client experience.
REQUIREMENTS

• Lead, coach, train and set expectations for a team of spa service professionals
• Demonstrate ability to balance coaching with discipline
• Deliver outstanding client experiences in spa services and retail operations
• Manage, coach and train team on selling spa services and products to reach or exceed financial goals
• Manage, coach and train team on cost management best practices
• Manage administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory and reporting
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to meet or exceed cost of goods sold goals
• Strong desire to provide, train and deliver outstanding customer service
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days / evenings / weekends / split shifts and holidays
