About the Sales Manager Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director | Québec / Atlantic, the Sales Manager | Atlantic will lead the Field Sales Team in Atlantic Canada and while directly managing off & On Premise Outlets. The role will have accountability for the Development of Team Members, Expansion of PMA Brands within Banners and Delivery of Business Objectives.

Experience & Other Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years Sales Experience in the Retail Sales Channel (Beverage Alcohol or CPG)
- Minimum 3 Years of Beverage Alcohol Sales Experience in Atlantic Canada
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Team Building & Sales Leadership
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Stakeholders
- Post Secondary Degree in Business
- Hybrid Working Environment based in Halifax, Nova Scotia
- Minimum 60% of Time in Field including Ability to Travel Overnight within Atlantic Canada as Required
- Valid Driver's License with Fully Insured & Reliable Transportation
- Must be Legally Able to Work in Canada
- Must be of Legal Drinking Age
