Including supporting them through membership applications, program registrations, processing payments, member orientations, facility tours, answering incoming calls, emails, and questions, resolving member concerns and ensuring all areas are safe and clean.
  • Create bookings for rentals and take payments for bookings/rentals within prescribed processes.
  • Assist in completing administrative and communication tasks as directed by the Supervisor of Membership and Manager of the Field House.
  • Assist with rental tasks including adding and adjusting rental permits.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer experience working with Microsoft Applications.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.

What We Offer:

  • Paid job-related certifications (i.e. First aid/CPR)

Required:

  • Employment is contingent on having a clean Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, along with a Social Development Check with no convictions.

We ask qualified applicants to submit their cover letter and resume. The YMCA of Southwestern New Brunswick appreciates the interest of all applicants; however, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
