Core Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:
-Must possess a valid BC Security license and Driving license
- Supervisory experience in the Security field
- Alarm response experience
- Mobile Patrol Experience
- Must be a safe driver with a clean driving record
- Critical thinker
- At least 2-3 years of security industry experience
- Ability to oversee and be accountable for the effectiveness of all Security Guard and Mobile Divisions, ensuring excellence in client service in every interaction with staff and clients
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to write clear and concise incident reports
- Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc.
- A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills
- Outstanding dress and deportment
- Must be fluent in English
- Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift
- Ensure client property and personnel are secure and perform time-sensitive lockups/unlocks as needed
- Conduct foot patrols, including standing and walking for long periods
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
- Provide a security presence in various settings
- Drive a Footprints vehicle to conduct patrols
- Perform time-sensitive locks/unlocks of commercial buildings and gates as needed
