We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join KeyData's Delivery Services team and focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). In this role, you will develop and execute test suites, both manual and automated, to ensure the IGA platform meets specified requirements. You will create detailed test plans and cases, track and report defects, and execute test cases with precision and thoroughness.

(This role is a contract position for a duration of 6 months, with the potential for a full-time role or extension)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of QA specialists and provide guidance and support on the IAM platform - IGA, CIAM, Access Management experience with leading vendor technologies
  • Communicate and engage with Senior Leadership on QA projects underway
  • Implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, and testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the IGA Product.
  • Lead testing and validation efforts for complex projects.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders during the QA process, automation test scripts, and validation processes.
  • Lead testing and validation efforts for complex projects, ensuring all aspects of testing, including functional, system, integration, performance, automation, and user acceptance testing (UAT), are covered.
  • Work with solution architects and developers throughout full life cycle implementations to perform testing.
  • Monitor bug resolution efforts, document and report defects.
  • Participate in all aspects of testing including functional, system, integration, performance, automation and UAT.
  • Perform hands on testing of the solution and support testing documentations
  • Engage with technology vendors and integrators to determine root cause of issues and ensure appropriate ownership
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA and IGA testing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of QA experience, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), CIAM or related domains.
  • Proven leadership experience in building and managing a QA team.
  • Substantial experience with running complex projects and engagements.
  • Experience in testing and application databases.
  • Experience working in a public sector entity is preferred.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
