About the Project:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking labourers to join our team for a project involving the application of an epoxy overlay system. This project involves working on approximately 10,000 square feet of steel decks.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting and manual application processes.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality application and finish.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience with epoxy overlays or similar work is an asset but not required.
• Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the project (2-3 weeks).
  

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work on bridge decks in various weather conditions.
• Employee will be required to have his own work boots and hard hat, any specialized PPE will be provided.
  

Compensation:

• $23 to $25 per hour.
• Overtime opportunities may be available.
