ongoing growth, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team in a remote capacity.
What You'll Do
As a Remote Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with prospective clients
provided by the company. There is no cold calling or door-to-door knocking; you will work with leads
who have expressed interest in our life insurance products. Your goal is to understand their needs and
guide them through the sales process to close deals and meet performance targets—all from the
comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
 Engage with prospective clients provided by the company via phone, email, and virtual meetings
 Identify customer needs and provide tailored life insurance solutions
 Build and maintain strong client relationships
 Meet and exceed performance-based sales targets
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
 Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our remote CRM
system

 Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
