Responsibilities:
We are located in NW Calgary (Hawkwood). There is only one position is available at this time. Join a challenging, fun, profitable, fast-paced team, while adding a Fortune 500 company to your resume. We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We respond to inbound requests for insurance quotes, then cross/up-sell and close. After licensing and training, you will join a supportive and successful team. This is not a door to door or cold calling sales job. This position enjoys a salary compensation component, bonus, benefits and commission compensation with opportunity for very competitive income. Requirements:
- Must drive a reliable vehicle.
- Must have clean credit (No outstanding items in collections and no bankruptcy in past 7 years)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- After the initial training period, there is little day-to-day management, Hence, you must motivate yourself.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
