Wagonmaster Group is a company devoted to sales. We owe our continued success to ongoing business development and innovation. In this role you will be promoting the SmartVMA program. SmartVMA is a cutting-edge dealership tool that will help you, our customers, and Wagonmaster meet specific goals and KPIs. To thrive in this role, you will need a sharp business mindset and a proven Fixed Operations knowledge. You will be highly skilled in B2B sales presentation, relationship building and prioritizing your workload. With your business acumen, you will advance opportunities, develop and foster relationships with a network of dealerships, while presenting the unique value of SmartVMA to create true business partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Present, sell, and establish SmartVMA programs to our pre-qualified customers.
  • Collect required signed documents or agreements for both SmartVMA and Wagonmaster.
  • Complete program installation and coordination through SmartVMA and the dealership DMS.
  • Work with the Business Developer to provide complete training and customer support to ensure a smooth transition to SmartVMA.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealership management to promote goals and progress as their trusted business partner.
  • Bring relevant reporting strategies to management and advisors regularly. Specific reports must be utilized to manage and develop accounts and be reviewed with dealership management.
  • Train and partner with the Business Developers in implementation and ensure the on-going success of SmartVMA.
  • Prepare for pending installations and conduct consistent follow-up with existing customers.
  • Prepare regular feedback and reports for Wagonmaster Management. Communicate and work alongside them on qualified customers and program launches.
  • Use Wagonmaster's CRM and sales education tools to aid in your personal and business development.
  • Remain up to date with individual customer reports, company mileage reports, and personal expense reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a dealership's Fixed Operations environment is an asset.
  • DMS experience, including op code structure, is a necessity.
  • High computer aptitude and ability to learn new applications. Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Motor vehicle license in good standing.
  • Strong English fluency, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions

Regular domestic travel and occasional international travel is required. Duties performed in a variety of locations including office space, customer locations and remote locations.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time with adequate manual dexterity to write legibly and perform computer duties as well as perform live coaching sessions.
