Onsite Sign is looking for an outgoing, attention-to-detail person to work in our Fabrication Department.

Duties & Expectations:

This role requires leadership, organization, and management over this department to determine best practices for shipping freight depending on destination and sign type. It will also require consistent and strong communication and ability to delegate work as needed, to ensure we are meeting deadlines.

• Assembly of signs and/or repairs to existing signs
• Able to read and interpret standard drawings to build signs to customer specifications
• Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project
• Perform other duties as assigned or required from time to time
• Maintain work area in a clean, safe and orderly manner
• Ability to work overtime/weekends if required
• Ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experienced Carpentry skills
• Experienced Welding skills (steel and aluminum)
• Comfortable with the use of hand and power tools for various tasks.
