About the position:

We are looking for a permanent, full-time Client Care Coordinator for our Sidney, BC HearCANADA clinic. The compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 / hour CAD based on experience. The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for front-line administrative tasks, delivering exceptional client-service, supporting clinic operations, and participating in localized marketing to promote HearCANADA. What you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting walk-in clients, scheduling and rebooking appointments, answering general emails and clinic calls
  • Following up with clients via phone and email
  • Ordering supplies
  • Assisting clients with general questions and basic hearing product-related questions
  • Processing sales and payments
  • Helping hearing practitioners with sanitization and basic tasks as assigned
  • Participating in community-based marketing initiatives (senior living fairs, wellness expos, HearCANADA marketing drop offs, etc.)

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education; completion of post-secondary education or certificates in medical office administration, business administration, marketing, sales, etc. would be a definite asset
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Direct experience in a medical office, high-volume face-to-face customer service capacity, or office environment is required
  • Engaging, customer-centric approach in dealing with clients is required
  • Professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and willingness to learn and adopt new tools and software
  • A clean or satisfactory Criminal Background Check is required
  • Valid work authorization to work in Canada and to work full-time hours is required
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required to participate in some community-based events (mileage is compensated)
