One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at Orangeville, ON location for their facility.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance department activities directly.

• Establishing and overseeing department goals and objectives while monitoring performance.

• Planning and executing preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.

• Maintaining and overseeing critical parts inventory, including procurement of equipment accessories and repair components.

• Managing building and facility maintenance and enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Millwright License (433 A) required.

• Experience in departmental management and supervision necessary.

• .Strongly preferred: Maintenance experience in a continuous manufacturing process

• Proficiency with software programs, including MS Office and maintenance tracking systems, essential.

• .Flexibility with work hours required to support departments and activities as needed

• Working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
