Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with the MERN stack.
• Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality web applications.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with database design, API development, and third-party integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
