Your Opportunity

The Product Analyst Student (4-month term) is responsible for supporting product development activities that align to the product strategy. You will assist with the completion of product development activities to help analyze, assess, and shape new product opportunities. This position will also assist Product Managers with operational activities to run existing product lines more effectively.

A Day in the Life

• Assist Product Management team in the day-to-day activities of managing a set of products
• Analyze available data to assist the Product Management team to make data-driven business decisions
• Support business case modelling to assist Product Managers
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to generate requirements documentation
• Assist with operational reporting and invoice maintenance
• Develop expertise in Celero's products and be able to answer internal and external questions
• Identify and document user and process requirements and related solutions through a complete product cycle
• Provide innovative ideas for the development of product marketing collateral including demonstration materials
• Support product demos and assists with delivery
• Administer and manage Legal Contracts/Schedules for products and supporting 3rd Party Vendors
• Act as a liaison between the product and training teams

Your Resume

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft productivity and collaboration software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of data analysis and software development tools preferred
• Understanding of the financial services industry and the Canadian credit union system is an advantage
