The Digital Marketer represents Ardent Industries (Steelway Building Systems, Zelus Material Handling, Glass Canada, Ventri Door Technologies) to our clients and customers. They promote all Ardent entities with the aim to reach and engage audiences through digital platforms, increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. Using a mix of strategies including content creation, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), the Digital Marketer will achieve these goals and deliver on our higher purpose – ‘Enriching the lives of our partners'.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Oversee the management of Ardent company websites and online resources by:

  • Developing marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution that align with overall business goals.
  • Create a digital marketing schedule to execute timely campaigns, driving Ardent brand awareness and engagement.
  • Overseeing daily marketing operations and implementing comprehensive reporting to track performance metrics for ongoing optimization strategies.
  • Create and curate high-quality and engaging content for digital channels to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with key Ardent leaders to understand the individual businesses' unique marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with key Ardent leaders to develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Oversee and support external agencies and development partners to drive project success.

Developing and executing effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies by:

  • Leading strategy for SEO marketing vision.
  • Monitoring and analyzing website performance, providing regular data-driven reports and recommendations to leaders.
  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies to increase search engine ranking, driving organic website traffic to all Ardent's websites.
  • Managing the various Google business profiles for all Ardent companies and their locations.
  • Coordinate with General Managers to develop strategic plans, budget, monthly goals, quarterly objectives.
  • Support and facilitate the launch of website updates and new projects, optimizing SEO ranking to increase traffic and lead generation.

Overseeing digital advertising by:

  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and other social media platforms.
  • Manage advertising budgets and adjust as needed to ensure that campaigns are meeting expected performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance, using data to make recommendations for optimization and improvements.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to key Ardent leaders.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital technology, or related field.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving online traffic and engagement.
  • Experience with updating and maintaining websites.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing databases, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
