What you'll be doing:

  • Offer pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products.
  • Put forth maximum effort to get credit applications approved while ensuring 100% compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You're motivated and a goal-setter to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow industry trends to build upon your product knowledge and help customers.
  • Timely and accurate completion of all vehicle purchase paperwork including tax, title, and lien search/discharges.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:

  • Previous dealership, automotive or recreational sales experience in a Finance and Insurance position.
  • Experience with customer financing.
  • Have a track record of being detail-oriented, highly organized and a creative deal maker.
  • You are comfortable using computers and common programs - its important to us that we provide you with the tools to effectively perform at your best.
  • An outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the recreational/motorsports industry.
