Your Role in Our Story

As a Logistics Lead, your key responsibilities will include guiding and coaching your team, conducting performance audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be the direct line of support for your team, providing the leadership and direction they need to succeed.

You will work closely with management to align logistics strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications

Education: Any program related to Logistics or Supply Chain Management would be considered an asset

Team Leader: Excels in coaching, mentoring, and guiding team members

Communication: Strong verbal & written skills

Analysis: Sharp critical thinking & problem-solving abilities

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in logistics planning and execution

⏰ Time Skills: Thrives under deadlines, juggles projects while maintaining urgency

Adaptability: Composed under pressure, thrives in dynamic environments

️ Experience: Logistics or supply chain experience as a lead (1+ year)

About the Benefits

The compensation package includes a base salary along with a performance incentive, which will vary based on experience, qualifications, and success in the role. For the first year, the expected salary range is between $47,650 and $51,712. As with all positions at Protocase, there will be ample opportunities for growth. Our benefits also include:
