You will be working on a project that will support business strategy and service delivery improvements through business-wide needs identification, automated workflows, an ITSM current state analysis and documentation. What you will be doing:

• Process maps
• Process flows
• Gap analysis
• Business needs assessment
• Roles and definitions (i.e. RACI charts)

*These deliverables will be achieved through a series of interviews, and analysis of existing processes and documentation.
What you must have:

• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and consultative skills, including facilitation.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Detail oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
• Stakeholder analysis.
• Requirements gathering and engineering.
• Process modelling.
• Certification in ITIL version 3 or higher.
• Understanding of technology environments, specifically service desk and service management components.

Nice to have:

• Demonstrable experience in a government or para-government environment.
• Experience with ITSM systems, ideally with implementing new ITSM tools.
