As a Business Development Executive or Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Canus Tech, you will play a critical role in driving business growth. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and generate qualified leads to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Reach out to potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calls, emails, social media).
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize campaigns for lead generation.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., number of leads, conversion rates).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Understanding of the technology consulting industry is a plus.
