Manufacturing Welder will safely work within the production team to achieve a consistent high level of quality and productivity in all aspects of the job.

Working schedule may be Mon to Thursday from 6 AM (10 hours long shift).
Every Friday 4 hours from 6 AM. Overtime may be required during the week.
44 hours regular time a week.
Saturday and Sunday - time for you!!
Roles/Requirements:
- Work well with others
- Capable of working within a fast paced environment
- Ability to follow direction, remain alert, and maintain a high level of concentration
- Have good judgement and the ability to react quickly
- Knowledge of, or training in, WHMIS, OSSA is considered an asset
Qualifications:
- Will be building skids/base frames and frames of all sizes
- Must have fitting experience
- Must have the ability to fit and weld according to blueprint drawings
- Must have the ability to read and understand blueprint drawings
- Have the ability to identify raw materials
- Be familiar with the production & QC inspection process
- Skilled at using equipment such as – grinders, torches, chop saw, drill press and other hand tools
- Responsible to wear all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Quality and consistency in welds is a must. Most welding is done in the flat position and in such all materials are rolled and welded
- Must attend, and partake in all pre-job, post job, and monthly safety meetings
- Stainless Steel Mig Wire Welding Experience required for heat exchangers
- Sheet metal stainless steel experience
- Aluminum welding experience

- 5" Grinder
- 1' square
- 2' square
- Combination square
- Vice grip clamps or bessey clamps
- Hammer
- Center punch
- Extension cord
- Die grinder straight body or 90
- Flashlight
- Wire cutters
- Chipping hammer
