Job Description

As the Marketing Intern, you will report into the National Marketing Manager and your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Design, coordinate, source, marketing merchandise for online Rexroth SWAG store
• Vendor coordination
• Occasional fulfilment/shipping duties
• Coordinate events held in our customer experience showroom – bookings, set up, attendee management., deliveries, technical support.
• Tradeshow coordination – payments, booth material planning, payments, demo/booth shipping, promotional materials, lead capture etc.
• Coordinate in-office TV content for associates messaging
• Create & source brochures, flyers, roll-ups, backdrops for all business units
• Works alongside sales & product managers to update & edit product catalogues & brochures.
• Media production coordination
• Provides support for distributor/partner requests for marketing materials.
• Coordinate the Global Customer Survey
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current student from a Business/Communications degree and/or Marketing & Advertising diploma (graduated within the last 6 months)
• Co-op experience in a corporate environment in a marketing department is a strong asset
• Experience in Adobe, MS Office suite & other marketing software (HubSpot, Hootsuite) is a strong asset
• Graphic design experience is a strong asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Effective decision-maker and problem solver
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of organizational skills
• Strong Customer Service Orientation
• Self-starter with a high results orientation
