Job DescriptionIntegrated within our Canadian organization and as part of an engineering and service-oriented business approach, you will be responsible for opening the Toronto office and developing your activity across various sectors.
Your diverse missions will encompass commercial, managerial, and technical aspects:
• Prospecting and developing new clients/markets and maintaining these long-term partnerships.
• Understanding the client's technical requirements.
• Recruiting future team members with the assistance of a recruitment officer.
• Crafting commercial proposals and substantiating them with the client's procurement services.
• Ensuring the management of initiated projects (quality, cost, client relations).
• Leading and managing the team of consultants positioned at various clients.
• Ensuring the skill development of your team.
You are curious and capable of expanding the business in various fields such as automotive, railways, aerospace, and more.
Qualifications• With an engineering or business school background, you have 7 to 10 years of experience, ideally in engineering consulting or staffing solutions.
• Beyond your degree, your interpersonal skills and your appetite for challenges will enable you to quickly integrate into a dynamic team in a high-potential business sector. Your drive for challenges will be an essential asset for succeeding in this role.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory for success with international clients.

Additional Information
