As a Facility Operator at Cleantek Industries, you will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the vital task of ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of our state-of-the-art Cleantek ZeroE facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of skilled and semi-skilled manual duties, including reporting, repairs, operations, and maintenance of the ZeroE facility, as well as all associated equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee plant operations and log information as required
- Review and participate in maintaining and further development of safe working procedures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment
- Perform general housekeeping.
- Ensure plant adheres to safety and environmental rules.
- Conceptualize, design, and implement plant improvement projects.
- Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
- Conduct area inspections and audits.
- Perform calibration check of scale accuracy at the beginning of each work shift.
- Handle material and cargo as required.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance.
- Use scientific rules and methods to solve problems.
- Observe gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- Replenish inventory as needed.
- Provides technical expertise to others by participating in and providing input to internal and external committees as required.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Microsoft Office computers skills required (Excel, Word)
- Working knowledge of manufacturing process and fabrication drawings
- Functional and Technical Skills

- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with all aspects of field and plant operations and established procedures
Education, Training, and Experience
- Minimum 3 years gas plant facility experience would be an asset
- Trade background an asset (Millwright, electrician, power engineer)
- Must be willing to take further machine specific training as requested by the employer
Special Conditions of Employment
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Pre hire D&A testing
- This position could be based out of Grande Cache or Grande Prairie
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract – This is a condition of employment and may result in termination for cause if contravened.
