Job Description

• Responsible for back of house cleanliness and sanitization
• Reports to Executive, and Sous chefs
• Maintain Station in a clean and orderly manner
• Effectivly maintain ceramic plateware and steel flatware
• Regularly clean and sanitize stations
• Maintain cleanliness in all storage spaces

Job Requirements

• Experience in a high volume kitchen is an asset
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Reliable, punctual
• Must be self driven, and have great communication skills
