1. Preparing empty cylinders for filling.
2. Filling and handling high-pressure cylinders in accordance with Air Liquide's safety protocols.
3. Upholding quality and safety control measures throughout the filling process.
4. Participating in administrative tasks and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
5. Operating and monitoring filling equipment, ensuring proper setup and inspection.
6. Collaborating with maintenance and management teams to address any cylinder-related issues.
7. Adhering to all safety rules and standard practices to maintain a secure work environment.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workstation area to company standards.
9. Working collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency standards.
10. Ensuring the production of quality products within specified time frames.
11. Conducting quality tests to verify fill weights, labeling, and coding accuracy.
12. Performing proper cleaning procedures for product tanks.
13. Flexibility to perform tasks in other areas of the facility as required.
14. Ability to lift and/or roll cylinders as necessary.
15. Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
16. Shipping cylinders in compliance with Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations.
17. Assembling pallets and assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks.

Who You Are:

1. 1-2 years of experience in the industrial sector
2. High school diploma; qualification in Medical filling process and GMP preferred
3. Knowledge of compressed gases is advantageous
4. Strong communication skills
5. Forklift experience is a plus
6. Physical fitness, excellent work ethic, and quick learning ability
