Duties and Responsibilities

• Data Center
  • Adding all facilities devices in monitoring tool.
  • Updating DCIM.
  • Remove of unwanted cables.
  • Label all the cables.
  • Update colocation rack sheet.
  • Label all the ATS & PDU.
  • Sort all the drives and spare parts required in DC.
  • Create proper inventory.
• Facilities
  • Sort facilities drive (all contracts, licenses and other documents).
  • Create proper SOP & Checklist for all works
  • Label all the office desks and create a layout.
  • Explore all PM & DCIM tools.
  • Create proper inventory.
  • Update all assets in the inventory records.
  • Update all power distribution panels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields
• Willing to work on assigned hours; flexible to work outside regular hours if required
• Willing to undergo an online technical exam.
• Willing to work on-site in the Markham office. Open to working at client location if needed.
• Available to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
