Position Overview:


Are you passionate about human resources, seeking a role where you can contribute to a positive work environment? LNG has partnered with our client which is currently seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are ready to take on the challenge of coordinating payroll and HR functions effectively.


The HR & Payroll Administrator will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive work culture and play a key role in shaping HR processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a growing understanding of payroll systems and processes, demonstrate initiative, and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general HR support to employees and managers, respond to HR-related inquiries, maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, and prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  • Assist the HR team with all HR tasks, including but not limited to data entry, policy updates, event planning, personnel documentation, onboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Enroll new employees, maintain employee records, and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Manage job postings, screen candidates, and assist in the interview process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in payroll administration and HR functions is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and present reports effectively.
  • Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Rewards:

  • Compensation package with a salary in the $45,000 - $55,000 range, vacation, and comprehensive health plan, with work-life balance.
