Your Role: Precision Product Specialist

As a local expert, youll be the face of A1 Agronomy, leading market development efforts in Southwestern Manitoba and Southeastern Saskatchewan.

Your mission will be to:

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our existing producers while sparking new ones with potential clients through strategic farm visits and engaging sales calls.
• Drive sales growth with your innovative strategies, supporting the expansion of A1 Agronomys market presence.
• Lead and participate in Producer Meetings & Field Days, creating a community of informed and enthusiastic partners.
• Work alongside your fellow team members to forecast sales and develop strategies that translate into record-setting growth.

Who You Are:

• An engaged and motivated person whoneedsto thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A seasoned relationship builder, skilled in communication and equipped with a knack for solving problems.
• Someone who appreciates teamwork but also enjoys the independence and challenges of field work.
• Preferably with a background in agriculture or a strong passion for the industry (not mandatory, but a huge plus).

Experience/Education:

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture or a related field is ideal, but what really matters is your need and ability to make a significant impact.
• Experience in precision agriculture is an asset, but were more interested in your drive and capability to learn and adapt.
