Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable Machine Mechanic to play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of our diverse range of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently to support our property maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts or components.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in machine mechanics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Machine Mechanic or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Certification or degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus.
