Why This Role is Open:

This firm is currently seeking to add an experienced architect with the ability to manage a team of designers, delegate work, and perform client facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams

• Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials

• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to projects

• Engage in negotiations with clients, contractors, and other involved parties

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of contracts, amendments, and related correspondence
  

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

• 7+ years of experience in a commercial design firm, that must include lifestyle projects

• Working proficiency in Revit

• Strong building code and building material knowledge

Nice-to-Haves:

• Strong project management experience

• Ability to assist on project design phases as needed

• Strong ability to collaborate and work in a team environment

• LEED or WELL accreditation is an asset
